Live audio, streaming, and the technical backbone underneath both. I run the room, build the rig, and make sure the show goes out clean. Based in New Jersey, working mostly in New York.
The Work
Event audio and the systems that carry it. Some of this is a mixing desk, some of it is a computer I built so a mixing desk could talk to the internet.
Live Audio
A1 and A2 for corporate events, live music, and conferences. Front of house, monitors, and stage management. Available for theater and venue work.
Streaming & Broadcast
Multi-camera live streams built in OBS. Scene design, audio routing, encoder setup, redundancy, and someone on hand who can fix it while it is live.
Systems & Builds
Purpose built machines for media production. Specced, assembled, and tuned for the actual workload, whether that is a streaming rig, a recording room, or a video edit bay.
Consulting
You have a room, a budget, and a plan that half works. I tell you what to buy, what to skip, and what is going to break in six months.
Technical Support
On site or remote. Signal flow that will not behave, a codec nobody can explain, a room that hums. The unglamorous work that decides whether the event happens.
Multimedia Production
Recording, mixing, mastering, and video post. Full production from the session through to the delivered file, in stereo or immersive.
Content Creation
Short form video, social content, and the whole pipeline under it: shooting, editing, captions, and publishing. I build my own audience this way, so it is not theory.
The Building
1st Floor Productions started in 2007 as an idea about a creative building, a different specialist on every floor. The building is real now. It just happens to be one person and a lot of good tools.

The in house recording room. Isolation booth and a full control room, built for vocal production and mixing without watching a clock.
